CardDebtCalc is run by a handful of people, so an emailed message lands with someone who can act on it. Mention the tool and what you expected, and the reply will be specific rather than a canned response.
Since CardDebtCalc is a credit card payoff calculator, most of what arrives concerns seeing how much extra interest a minimum payment costs — and the occasional result that seems off. Either is welcome here.

Details that help us
- A link to the page, or the name of the calculator you used.
- Your inputs, which for this tool means your card balances, interest rates and monthly payment; exactness is not needed.
- The output you received against the output you expected.
- Device and browser, for anything that looked wrong on screen.
If your question is about deciding between snowball and avalanche, say so in the first line — it helps us find the right answer for CardDebtCalc faster.
If a result looks wrong
A wrong result here is a bug, not a matter of taste. On CardDebtCalc the rule is that it simulates month by month, accruing interest at the annual rate divided by twelve and applying your payment to the priority balance — smallest first for snowball, highest-rate first for avalanche — until every balance clears; if what you see contradicts that, either an input fell outside the model or a rounding case was missed. Give us the inputs and the expected value and we will reproduce it.
